Hair Loss Vitamins

There has been some talk of how a person can use vitamins to regrow their hair. In reality vitamins will not really do much for people in the Western world because we really don't tend to have a problem with malnutrition. A person who is terribly deficient in vitamins can have hair loss but that is not the cause for most people in the US or Europe. Most of these people are suffering from Alopecia which is a genetically derived hair loss condition that actually causes the hair to stop growing. This is caused by a build up of DHT which is a byproduct of the male hormone testosterone. This build up chokes off the blood flow to the hair follicles which in turn cause them to stop manufacturing hair shaft material.
If you are serious about hair restoration you will need to deal with DHT and the blood supply to the hair roots.
